Terms of Service

Disclaimers:
- Depending on the commission type, turnarounds can go from 1 week to several months. Please try to be patient with me as I finish your commission.
- At least half of payment is required to be paid before starting.
- Refunds available only until lineart phase starts on qualified types. For sketches, refunds are unavailable and all sales are final.
- Major edits, such as pose changes, are limited to 3. All edits must be discussed and completed during the sketch phases.
- Payment must be completed either through Venmo or Buy Me A Coffee.
- No art made by me will be allowed to be used for the purposes of training AI or for minting as an NFT. This policy includes commissioned pieces.
- At any point in the process, I reserve the right to decline or cancel the commission.
- In the event a third party (such as a friend or family member) should take over payment, I ask that I am notified as soon as possible. If an agreement regarding payment has been reached prior to the third party's involvement, I reserve the right to cancel the commission.Will do: Humanoids, Furries (Anthro and Feral), Closed Species
Will not do: Mechs, Highly Detailed Armor (EX: Spartans- Halo), Gore, NSFW
